Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Butter and flour 6 clafoutis molds.
Fill the molds with figs cut into 8 pieces. Set aside.
Scrape the vanilla pod to extract the seeds and mix with the cream.
Put the goat cheese, honey, sugar, and flour in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition.
Add the vanilla cream and mix well.
Pour the preparation over the figs and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center of the clafoutis is set.
Wait 20 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
