Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil with the split vanilla pod.In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt. Set aside.Remove the vanilla pod (reserve for later use), scrape out the seeds, and add them to the milk. Gradually add the flour mixture.Add 4 egg yolks and 1 whole egg, mix everything vigorously. Set aside.Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles of flaky pastry and place them in the molds.Fill the molds with the vanilla cream mixture.Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
