Cook the onion and garlic in a pan with a little oil for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring.
Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Set aside.

In the bread machine, add the ingredients in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Program your bread machine on the dough (pastry) program

Remove the dough from the machine and flatten it with your hands on a silicone-lined baking sheet to a thickness of about 1/4 inch (0.5 cm).
Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with a little coarse salt.

Bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 400 F (205 C) for 30 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve immediately.
