Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Dough:
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt with a whisk.
In another bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy, then add the cream cheese, egg, and sour cream.
Add half of the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, then the other half.
Spread the dough evenly in a 9-inch (23 cm) round glass mold, 2 inches (5 cm) high.
Cover the dough with the fruits and set aside.
Crispy topping:
Combine the flour and brown sugar in a bowl.
Using a pastry blender or your fingers, mix the almond paste and butter into the flour until the mixture resembles small peas.
Cover the fruits with the topping and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the topping is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
