3. Peel and core the pear and apple.

4. Peel and pit the peaches. Slice these fruits into wedges. Cut the peeled kiwis and bananas into rounds.

5. Combine all these fruits in a bowl. Add the tea and orange zest.

6. Let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving; serve with a scoop of orange sorbet.
