Mix the white vinegar, sugar, Xerès, oyster sauce, soy sauce, water, and Sambal Oelek. Dilute the cornstarch in water and add it to the mixture.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Dilute the Tempura flour or frying dough in water and add an egg. Mix until the texture of a pancake batter is obtained. Coat each cube of chicken.
In a wok, fry the chicken in hot oil for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
Add the finely sliced bell peppers to the previously prepared sauce. Add the cooked chicken and mix well.
To serve, add roasted sesame seeds
