1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the gnocchi for 10 minutes. When they float to the surface, they are cooked. Drain.
2. In a skillet, heat the oil. Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and beef and cook for 2 minutes. Add the paprika and cumin; mix. Add the beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Assemble on skewers, alternating, the meat cubes and gnocchi. Serve with guacamole.
