1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).

2. Sift the flours into the food processor. Add the sugar and pulse to mix well.

3. Add the butter and pulse until you get a fine crumb.

4. Once the butter is well incorporated, add the Golden Syrup and eggs. Mix well.

5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate until use.

6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1/4 inch (5 mm).

7. Cut out shapes using a cookie cutter and place them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

8. Bake the biscuits for 15 minutes.
