1- Wash the potatoes. Do not peel them as they are served with the skin.
2- Cut them in half lengthwise and create a grid using a utility knife. It should be planted at a maximum of 1 cm.

4- Then sprinkle with Herbes de Provence and grated Emmental. Arrange slices of olives that you have previously cut.
