1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Cook the pork chops in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

4. Put the pork chops in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Remove from the fridge and bake for 1 hour. Baste occasionally.
6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chives.
