In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the tofu until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

Rinse and drain the tofu by pressing it with your hands. Cut it into 2 cm x 2 cm cubes. Mix well with the prepared marinade from the first step. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Place the tofu cubes on skewers. Cook on the grill or barbecue over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Serve with rice and a salad of your choice.
