Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Stretch 4 sheets of phyllo dough, spraying vegetable oil on each one. Cut the phyllo dough layers into a cross to get four strips.
2. Put 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard about 1 1/2 inches from the end of a phyllo strip.
3. Top with 1 tbsp. of diced ham and a cube of cream cheese.
4. Fold a corner diagonally to the opposite edge to form a triangle. Continue folding the triangle onto itself. Spray the top and bottom of the triangle with cooking spray. Repeat for 12 triangles.
5. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes.
