3. Cut the ham into slices and grate the gouda.
4. In a large bowl, mix the flour, artificial yeast, and a pinch of salt. Add pepper to taste.
5. Break the eggs into the center. Mix with a spatula, gradually adding the wine and olive oil. Mix until the dough is smooth.
6. Add the cheese, rosemary, and ham. Mix and pour into the cake pan.
7. Bake for 45 minutes. Check the doneness by inserting the tip of a knife into the center of the cake (if it’s cooked, the tip will be dry).
8. Let it cool. Unmold and serve cold with a salad.
