1. Rinse, dry and cut the bell peppers into large pieces. Cut the tomatoes in half. Chop all the herbs together.
2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Cover a buttered tart mold with the pastry dough. Prick the bottom with a fork. Fill the bottom with half of the raclette cheese slices. Cover with bell peppers and tomatoes. Add the chopped herbs.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour over the tart and cover with the remaining raclette cheese.
4. Bake and cook for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
