1. In the robot, pour in the warm water and dilute the yeast. Add the flour little by little. Add the sugar and salt. The dough must be smooth and homogeneous. Add the vanilla and oil.
2. Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 5 hours at room temperature.
3. Separate the dough into about ten portions. Form small balls and stretch them to obtain the shape of a beaver tail.
4. Cook in a pot with 1 cm of vegetable oil.
5. Serve hot.
