Beat the eggs, sugar, and food coloring with a mixer.
Meanwhile, sift the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
Gently mix the two preparations with a spatula.
Grease the biscuit sheet with Pam.
Fill a pastry bag with the preparation and fill the biscuit sheet.
Dust with powdered sugar and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Just before baking, dust the biscuits with powdered sugar again and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the biscuit sheet from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before unmolding with a metal spatula.
Let it cool on a rack.
Store in an airtight container.
