In a large pot of salted water, boil the pork ribs for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Drain the ribs and transfer them to a baking dish.
In a coffee grinder, or mortar, crush all the spices together.
Brush the ribs with honey. Sprinkle with the spice mixture. Add 2 cups of water to the dish.
Bake and cook for 35 minutes, basting frequently during cooking.
Serve very hot.
