1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Cut the pears in half lengthwise. Hollow out the center with a Parisian spoon. Drizzle with orange juice.
3. In a small saucepan, mix the honey, pineapple juice, and zest.
4. Open the vanilla pod with the tip of a knife and scrape out the black seeds. Add the vanilla seeds to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Divide this mixture into the hollow of the pears.
6. Place the pear halves on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and serve.
