1. Grill the bread slices. Press the garlic and chop the basil. Cut the prosciutto into thin strips. Chop the artichoke hearts.
2. In a mixer bowl, mix the olives, almonds, capers, and oil; season generously with pepper.
3. In a bowl, crush the ricotta with a fork along with the garlic and basil.
4. Spread a slice of bread with the olive mixture. Top with a few pieces of artichoke hearts. Cover with a slice of bread spread with ricotta. Top with shredded prosciutto and finish with a slice of bread. Cut the sandwich into 3 pieces. Hold the sandwich pieces together with wooden skewers.
5. Make three more sandwich clubs in the same way. Serve.
