Preparation

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine bowl in the order indicated by the manufacturer.
Select the dough program.
At the end of the program, remove the dough from the machine and place it on a floured surface.
Roll out the dough into a large 12″ x 20″ (30 cm x 50 cm) rectangle.
Brush with melted butter and spread the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
Roll the dough into a long cylinder and cut into diagonal pieces, once to the right and then to the left, to form triangles 5 cm wide and 2 cm at the point.
Place the triangles flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Cover the brioche with a cloth and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the brioche has doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).

Brush the brioche with egg yolk mixed with milk and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, watching the color of the crust.
Remove the brioche from the oven and let cool on a rack.
