1. In a blender, place the kiwi flesh, colorant, and sugar, reduce to a puree.
2. Pour in the water and mix. Transfer to an ice cube tray. Let the mixture set in the freezer for half an hour and place the sticks.
3. Put back in the freezer for the night.
