Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.

2. In a bowl, mix the almonds and melted butter.

3. Roll out the Kunafa pastry in front of you. Place a little almond filling at the edge and roll to form a tube. Repeat until all the pastry is used up and place in a greased dish, pressing them together tightly.

4. Pour in the melted butter and bake for 15 minutes. Pour in the sugar syrup when it comes out of the oven.

5. Let it soak for 2 hours. Serve
