In a large bowl (the largest possible), mix with your hands the minced lamb with all the other ingredients and a good pinch of salt. Crush everything with your fingers until homogeneous. Divide the preparation into 16 small patties. These can then be frozen for 1 month or refrigerated until the next day.For cooking, heat the grill to its highest setting and place the meat patties, in a single layer, on a baking sheet (it may be necessary to cook them in several batches, depending on the size of the sheet). Grill in the top part of the oven for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until they brown and are cooked through. Arrange the patties on a plate and serve with all the accompaniments, so that everyone can prepare their own hamburger.
