Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the butter and mix until the mixture becomes crumbly.

In another bowl, combine the yogurt, eggs, and lemon zest.
Add to the dry ingredients and mix well together.
Add the cut Carambars and mix.

Divide the mixture into the paper liners, then bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
