Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix all other ingredients.
Add the egg whites to the mixture.
Put in a greased 8″ x 8″ (20 cm x 20cm) mold or in 4 small individual dishes and cook in a water bath for 1 hour.
(For individual molds, cook in a water bath for 40 minutes.)
