Preheat the oven to 410 F (210 C).
Remove the lettuce leaves from the stem. Wash them and remove the thick stems.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, and add the lettuce leaves.
Let the leaves melt for 20 minutes, turning them from time to time.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drain carefully in a strainer and divide into 4 buttered ramekins.

Cut the goat cheese into small cubes.
Beat the eggs with the cream, milk. Season with salt and pepper, then add the curry.
Add the cheese cubes and chopped chives and mix.
Divide the preparation into the ramekins.
Bake for 20 minutes. The flans should be set and golden on the surface.
Serve hot.
