Mix the chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and cilantro in a small bowl. Set aside.
Mix the shrimp, salt, pepper, and sugar in a medium bowl.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Add half of the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and cook until they are pink.
Remove them from the skillet and add the other half, repeating the operation and adding the other tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the first batch of shrimp and the glaze preparation.
Mix well to combine.
Cover the skillet and let it rest until the shrimp are cooked, about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
