2. Add the diced squash and cook for 2 minutes, stirring with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper. Add 60ml (¼ cup) of water. Cover and cook for 8 minutes.
3. Add the cream and macaroni. Heat and add the crushed amaretti. Mix well.
4. Serve, sprinkled with grated parmesan.
