Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C/325°F.

2. In a bowl, mix together the almonds, sugar, lemon zest, and butter.

3. Add the eggs one by one.

4. On a floured surface, form balls of 3 to 4 cm thickness of dough.

5. Flatten the balls slightly and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

6. Bake the cakes for 15 minutes.

7. Coat with icing sugar.
