Ingredients
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Prepare two baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the flour, Ovaltine, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In the mixer bowl, cream the butter with the sugar for 3 minutes.
Add the eggs one by one and mix well. Add the vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, and beat well.
Add the chocolate and malted milk balls with a spatula. (The dough is quite thick and sticky)
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them 2″ (5 cm) apart, and bake for 11 to 13 minutes.
Let the biscuits rest for 2 minutes on the baking sheets before transferring them with a spatula to a cooling rack.
