1. Cut the cake, lengthwise, into three slices. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and cream. Add the diced mango and mix.
3. Cover the first slice of cake with a third of the mango mixture. Place the second slice of cake on top of the first. Cover with another part of the mango mixture. Place the third slice of cake on top and cover with the rest of the mango mixture.
4. Decorate with a few mint leaves.
5. Place the cake in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until the mango mixture is set.
6. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and cut into thick slices to serve.
