1. In a saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil. Reduce by half and let cool.
2. Pour half of this syrup into the mango juice, bring to a boil, and let cool.
3. Place the kiwi slices against the walls of the popsicle mold, pressing gently. The suction will hold them in place. Pour the mango juice with the added syrup into the popsicle molds halfway and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
4. Repeat the syrup operation with the kiwi juice and pour it over the already frozen mango juice. Put everything back in the freezer until completely set, about 6 hours.
