1. In a bowl, mix the ricotta, mascarpone, sugar, and lemon zest.
2. Roll out half of the pastry. Place it on a tart plate. Fill with the ricotta and mascarpone mixture.
3. In a food processor, mix the brown sugar and hazelnuts until they are well chopped and mixed. Cover the ricotta with this mixture. Roll out the second half of the pastry and cover the ricotta mixture. Close all edges and make two incisions on the top. Brush with egg wash.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°F, until it is well cooked and golden brown. Let it cool completely and serve.
