Preparation
1. In a small saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the water and bring to a boil.
2. Pour in the coffee and add the opened cardamom pods. Stir.
3. Bring to a first boil. Remove from heat.
4. Put the saucepan back on the heat and bring to a boil again.
5. Strain the coffee and serve.
