1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350F.

2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, salt, sugar, butter, and egg. Form a ball of dough. Wrap it and refrigerate for 2 hours.

3. Mix the almond paste and pistachio paste together. Form 2 rolls of 20 cm in length.

4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide it in 2. Roll out each part into a rectangle. Brush the rectangles with milk.

5. Place a roll at the edge of each rectangle and roll the dough. Seal the edges. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

6. Bake for 15 minutes on parchment-lined baking sheets.

7. Upon removal from the oven, brush the rolls with orange blossom water using a brush. Let cool.

8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into slices.
