1- Melt the butter and at the same time, peel and cut the apples into small pieces.
2- Mix the egg and sugar. Add the melted butter, then the flour and yeast. Beat and pour in the milk.
3- Butter your molds and arrange the apple pieces. Pour in the mixture and add a square of milk chocolate and again some apple pieces. Pour in the mixture again to cover everything. Be careful not to fill your molds to the top.
4- Bake in a hot oven for about 35 minutes at 190°C. To check for doneness, insert the blade of a knife into the mini cake. It should come out dry.
