In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Form 12 balls the size of a golf ball and flatten them to 1.5 cm (½ po) thick.
In a pan, heat the oil and cook the pork patties until they are well browned, 4 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a baking sheet and finish cooking in a 350 F (180 C) oven for about 8 minutes.
Ground pork should always be served well cooked.
Assembly:
Heat the mini burger buns.
On one half of the bun, place some salad, a slice of tomato, the mini meat patty, and some mango chutney. Cover with the other half of the bun.
Pierce a toothpick into the center of the mini-burger and top with a cherry tomato.
Enjoy immediately.
