1. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet, toast for 4 to 5 minutes, until they are lightly toasted.

2. Spread a side of the mustard mixture.

3. Place a slice of beef on each bread slice, cut to fit. Sprinkle with cheese and grill until the cheese has melted, about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
