1. Pour the yogurt into the blender, add the aspartame and the peppermint oil.
2. Transfer the resulting mixture into ice cream cups and place in the freezer.
3. Combine the water and mint syrup, mix and pour into a metal container.
4. Place in the freezer for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the mixture is completely frozen.
5. Remove the water and syrup mixture, then crush it to add to the iced cups.
Serve immediately!
