Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds. Roughly grate them in a small strainer, sprinkle with salt and let drain for 15 minutes.

Rinse the cucumber under cold water and add it to the yogurt mixture, then add salt and freshly ground black pepper. Decorate with mint leaves.
