Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Prepare the pastry cream:

1. Mix together the yolks and sugar, then add the cornstarch and dilute completely. Add the vanilla extract.

2. Heat the milk to a boil.

3. Pour the boiling milk over the egg yolk mixture and whisk vigorously to avoid lumps. Pour this mixture back into the saucepan and bring to a boil again. Set aside off the heat.

4. Line your tart mold with the puff pastry. Bake for 30 minutes and let cool.

5. Fill the tart with the cooled pastry cream.

6. Cut the banana and kiwi into slices and the blackberries in half. Arrange them nicely on top of the tart, then decorate with whipped cream and enjoy.
