1. Peel the shrimp.
2. Trim the snow peas. Cut the tough stem of the asparagus.
3. Cut the asparagus in half lengthwise.
4. In a wok, cook the asparagus for 10 minutes in a little hot olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside on a plate.
5. In the same olive oil, sauté the snow peas for 3 minutes. Set aside on a plate.
6. In the same oil, cook the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes. Pepper generously. Add the sesame seeds and garlic.
7. Add the asparagus, snow peas, and chopped coriander.
8. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir gently and serve immediately with steamed rice or pasta.
