In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta al dente for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold running water.
Oil the pasta with 1 case and mix well so that they don’t stick!
In a bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients together except the lettuce.
Add the orzo and mix again.
Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before consuming.
Add the lettuce to serve.
