In a bowl, put the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar and add the H.E. of melissa.
Mix well and refrigerate.
Panna cotta with coconut milk and lime:
In a small bowl, soak the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold water.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil the coconut milk, cream, sugar and lime zest.
Off the heat, add the gelatin that has been previously melted in the microwave, 20 seconds, and mix well.
Add the lime juice and mix well.
Pour the preparation into 6 ramequins and let it set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
When the preparation is set, divide the melissa strawberry salad into each ramequin.
