1. Preheat the oven to 300F.
2. Mix the eggs, milk, and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add the parmesan and mix well.
3. Butter a flan mold. Pour the liquid mixture into the mold. Place the mold in a deep baking dish. Pour water up to half of the mold.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven. Let cool for 5 minutes before unmolding. Serve hot or warm.
