3. In a large quantity of boiling, very salty water, cook the asparagus tips for a few minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove the asparagus.
4. In the same water, add the pasta. Cook until the pasta is al dente. Drain and add a little extra virgin olive oil.
5. Serve the pasta with the asparagus. Serve with a bit of the salmon mixture, drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
