Ingredients
Preparation
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water.
Saute the onion in oil, add the meat. When cooked, add the chopped tomatoes, cinnamon, pepper, and a pinch of salt. Pour in the wine and 1/4 cup of water. Let simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add parsley and egg to the meat mixture.
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the flour, and brown slightly, beating with a whisk while adding the milk, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, add the lemon juice and let cool.
Butter the inside of a baking dish, spread half of the pasta, a thin layer of cheese, the meat mixture, and then the rest of the pasta. Incorporate the 2 eggs into the white sauce and pour over the top of the preparation. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Cook in the oven for about 45 minutes and gratin at the end.
