Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the peas for 2 minutes.
Drain.

Put the peas in a bowl with the goat cheese, cut into small cubes.
Divide the mixture into 4 buttered ramekins.

Beat the whole eggs and yolk with the 35% cream and curry powder.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour this mixture into the ramekins, over the pea and goat cheese mixture.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the flans are golden brown.

Serve immediately, garnished with a tablespoon of 35% cream.
