Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a mixer, beat 250g of sugar and butter until the mixture is white. Then add the eggs one by one, beating after each addition. Add the flour little by little. Add the pear cubes.
3. Grease and sugar a cake mold. Fill with the mixture and bake for 25 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a rack.
5. Soften the cream cheese with a spoon and mix 100g of sugar to be able to spread it.
6. Cut the cake into thin and equal slices. (Count 4 slices per person.) Spread cream cheese on each layer of cake and stack.
7. Hold everything together with a wooden stick and serve with a coulis or chocolate sauce.
