1. Separate the cauliflower into bouquets and rinse. Cook in a large quantity of salted water. After 4 minutes, add the pasta.
2. Pass the tomatoes through a sieve, over a bowl. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat the olive oil with the hot pepper and peeled garlic. Add the tomato juice and salt, and cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Drain the pasta and cauliflower. Mix with the sauce and grated cheese. Serve immediately.
